Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
  • Send all items back to us using the label provided

What do I do if I received a defective order?

There is no such thing, FF5 makes no mistakes. SIKE! That's clearly a joke. Ok Focus.

If for some awful reason, your order arrives jacked up, please take clear photos of the damage and email them to help@ff5apparel.com.

But listen: if you are reporting a defect more than 30 days after you ordered the product, we won't be able to correct the order. So when you get your swag, open that bag, and make sure everything is A ok.
